How we got started

 

We started our journey in August of 2016 when we purchased our first food truck. Opening with the intention of highlighting the products and artisans of central New Jersey. 

Mama Dude’s was founded by Chef Andrew Dudich after graduating from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. While in New England Chef Dudich worked for restaurants such as Clio in Boston, MA and Castle Hill Inn in Newport, Rhode Island.  

With a focus on seasonal menus, locally sourced products, and rotating menus we look forward to serving you or catering your next event!

In December 2020, we opened our first brick and mortar in the very town where the Mama Dude’s dream started - Yardville, NJ.
